South Bend, Indiana, Darden and Tamarac roads  HUGE manicured lawn. Most of the flying is SAILPLANE but we do have a few people flying power. YOU FLY AT YOUR ON RESPONSABILITY. We ARE NOT a club with insurance. Just a few people that have found a piece of heaven. The only rules are 1) don't fly when it's wet, it messes up the sod and they have to sell it to keep our site. 2) Ask what channel are in use by ANYBODY there. 3) No fueling on the grass or the dirt were grass once was. The weeds are usually kept cut for a place to fuel up. 40 Clean up any mees you make. They don't mind if you help with the roadside bottle recycling either. Need AMA insurance.
